Nikah Booking Service

If you are planning to arrange your Nikah, we are here to assist you with our professional Imam who will conduct the Nikah ceremony in accordance with the relevant Islamic guidelines.

Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you through the process:
 
Step 1:
Complete the initial booking form to schedule an appointment. You can call these numbers if necessary. 02076503026 or 07950952553.
 
Step 2:

Once a date has been confirmed, we kindly request you to complete your full Nikah form. This form will allow us to gather all the necessary information To prepare the Nikah certificate.

Step 3: Choose a Venue

We offer two options for conducting the Nikah ceremony. You can either choose to have it at our office, located in the 4th floor London Muslim Centre (East London Mosque), or we can arrange to conduct it at a location of your convenience.

Step 4: Service Fees
 · For a Nikah service conducted at our office, the minimum fee is £150. You are welcome to add further voluntary contributions to the Imam.
· For an outbound service at your desired location, the minimum fee is £250. You are welcome to add further voluntary contributions to the Imam.
· £50 of the fees must be paid at the time of appointment booking which is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled.
· To reschedule the appointment, a payment of £25 would be required to cover admin costs if such a request is made within 3 working days from the date of appointment.

Step 5: What to bring on the day?

· Acceptable form of ID documents for both the bride and groom, preferably passports.
· Additionally, please ensure that you have at least two witnesses and one wakil present.

Step 6: Obtaining the Nikah Certificate

 Upon completion of the Nikah service, we will provide you with a Nikah Certificate, if required. For the certificate to be valid under Islamic Shariah, it must include all required signatures. Missing signatures will mean the certificate will not hold any official status or recognition.

Please note that for legal and civil purposes, it is necessary to register your marriage with the General Registry Office.

Process: No additional fees are required for the certificate. A Nikah certificate will be issued by Al-Ihsan Marriage. You will need to register your marriage with the General Registry Office.
